Most people make RTS: n # 1-the error is to think that the APM to win games. APM does not win the games, consistency is not. There are a number of professionals, who are unlikely to break the 100 APM, but they are professionals, because they are consistent with an engine speed for producing multiple units, Always ... always attack never supply blocked, and they understand the meta-game incredibly well.

Take a large APM can help, but please forgive me "Oh, I will never be a good RTS games because the refuse will select the monkey" is just that ... an excuse.

Unfortunately, it is only 1/2 true.I have a fairly low APM (ala 100: n), but I have consistently in the top 10 diamond (pro does not have a nub but).

Unfortunately there is just not a lot of strategic depth .SC2. Unit when betting on match-ups, are quite consistent for the entire play levels (i.e.. pro games to build quite a lot of the same unit as well as the experts-). "Hard Counter "out-of-the-limit of the variation in a truly strategic.

What can be found down to become the most games is by selecting/macroing (and no, not for the micro .SC2, such as rotating or mud dragoon sniping or drop the SC1 finesse never appear + storms, ect ... all too quickly in the event of the death of the micro-), or the possibility of out fake opponent (teching-massing something they does/is missing and cannot be combated in a timely manner).

This is not taking into account even 75% or so games, which are based on the whole cheese strats/combat (9 pools, bling busting, VR rushes, reaper rushes, proxy gateways/cannons, thor ledge drops, etc. ..).
